Refund policy
At CANTIQ, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your fragrance, which is why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility;
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be unused and in their original sealed condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items;
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products with broken seals
- Items that show signs of use
- Exceptions: If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will accept the return regardless of condition.
How to Request a Return;

Provide your order number and reason for return
Include a photo if the product is damaged or incorrect
We'll arrange a free pickup from your location
Refund Process;
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo
- We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund
- No questions asked we'll make it right
