All orders are delivered within 36–48 hours across the UAE. Orders placed before 9 PM are prioritized for next-day delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! You can pay cash when your order arrives at your door no upfront payment needed.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unused, sealed products are eligible for a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders across the UAE no minimum order required.

Do you deliver to all Emirates?

Yes, we deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is confirmed you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

Returns & Refunds

Are any purchases final sale?

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I get a refund?

Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll arrange a pickup and process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our fragrances are crafted using authentic Arabian ingredients, including rare oud and precious agarwood, inspired by traditional Middle Eastern perfumery.

How long does the fragrance last?

Our Eau de Parfum concentrations are designed for long-lasting wear typically 8–12 hours depending on skin type and application.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.

What is the difference between your products?

Each fragrance has its own character some are bold and oud-forward for evenings (like Taif Al Arab), while others are softer and more versatile for daily wear. Check each product page for scent profiles.

Gifting

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. All our fragrances come beautifully packaged and make perfect gifts for Eid, birthdays, or any special occasion.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is available mention it in your order notes at checkout.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes, add your message in the order notes and we'll include it with your package.

Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

What if I received the wrong item?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo we'll send the correct item immediately at no extra cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Take a photo and WhatsApp us right away. We'll replace or refund your order, no questions asked.
